Public Tenders and Requests for Proposals
HPA advertises public tenders and requests for proposals (RFP) on our website and through our online procurement portal, hosted by Bonfire. All vendors interested in participating in HPA procurement opportunities are required to register with Bonfire by visiting https://portofhalifax.bonfirehub.com. Registration will enable vendors to upload their bid submissions within the portal as well as receive notification of any upcoming procurement opportunities.
Instructions to select your preferred language in Bonfire.
In order to change the language that Bonfire is displayed in, please log into your Bonfire account and then follow these steps:
- Open the drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the screen by using the arrow.
- Select Settings.
- In the left sidebar, click Preferred Language.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, select the language you'd like to use.
- Click the Save button
