Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Halifax Port Authority will be held at the Kenneth C. Rowe Hall, Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, 1055 Marginal Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia, on Wednesday, May 22, at 9:00 a.m. This meeting is open to the public.

Copies of audited financial statements are available for inspection by the public at the registered office of the Halifax Port Authority, Port Administration Building, 1215 Marginal Road, Halifax, between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
