Port of Halifax preparing for busiest cruise day of the season

October 5, 2022, Halifax, Nova Scotia – The busiest cruise passenger day for the Port of Halifax is expected to take place Thursday, October 6, 2022. The Halifax Seaport will welcome four cruise vessels with a combined passenger capacity of just under 10,000 cruise guests, beginning at 7:00 a.m. with the arrival of the Caribbean Princess, followed by the Adventure of the Seas at 8:00 a.m., and the Enchanted Princess and Ocean Explorer at 11:00 a.m.

The Halifax Port Authority anticipates approximately 150 cruise vessel calls for the 2022 season, with the final vessel arriving on November 5, 2022.
