April 13, 2017, Halifax, Nova Scotia – Mr. Thomas J. Hayes has been reappointed by the Province of Nova Scotia as the Provincial director to the Halifax Port Authority Board of Directors to hold office for a term of three years. He was first appointed to the Halifax Port Authority Board of Directors in June of 2014. He currently serves as Vice Chair.

“With his industry knowledge and executive experience across a variety of sectors, Tom Hayes adds significant insight to the Halifax Port Authority Board of Directors,” said Hector Jacques O.C., Chair, Halifax Port Authority Board of Directors. “We welcome his reappointment and look forward to our continued work together.”

In addition to Hector Jacques, Tom Hayes serves with directors Ted Larsen, Lantz Siteman and Jim Spatz.
